Palm Springs - Round 2

We came back to Palm Springs after our trip to LA and these are a few shots of the new condo that we are staying in (and again, it's cheap!). The person waving by the pool is Ed, the weather was warmer back then (around the third week in November), it's gotten cooler since, 60's during the day and as low as the 40's at night. We are planning on staying here until the middle of January, it's really a great place. Nice people, nice weather, not too crowded, very pretty, and surprisingly not too expensive. We are going to go around and look at properties with our rental agent (the guy who got us both condo rentals) soon. This could be the place! I have no idea where we are headed after this. I really don't want to leave!
P.S. The 16th of this month marks 6 months on this trip. I can't believe it, the time has flown.

Hi Ed & Kathy,
After reading your Blog and seeing your great pics I took a quick look for average temps in Palm Springs and found the following High & Low Temperatures by Month.
Hi & Lo averages
January 69 40
February 72 43
March 79 46
April 87 52
May 94 57
June 102 64
July 102 64
August 106 71
September 102 66
October 91 57
November 78 46
December 70 41

Palm Springs sounds great except for a couple of months. Even in the summer the temps at night look good though. I can see why you are interested.

Love,
Nancy & Mike

We are so busy this year that we're having trouble getting everything done. We still haven't decorated outside or inside. That's very late for me. We even decided to buy a small tree instead of putting up the big one this year. I am still getting Christmas cards written (again very late). Instead, Mike and I have been having lots of fun with parties and friends. Personally, I'd rather be having the fun.

Keep the great pics and stories coming. It's wonderful.

Love,
Nancy & Mike
